Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information:

RevDelta ships to Canada and the continental USA.  Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Delivery Times: Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is safe and secure.
  • Custom Fees, Duties, Tariffs and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your local government. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available for Greater Toronto Area (GTA) customers from our Brampton, Ontario, Canada facility is available.  After placing your order and receiving notification that your order is ready, please come by our facility with your order confirmation number.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are available upon request on eligible items.  To initiate a return, contact us at info@revdelta.com with your order number and return details.

  • Return Eligibility: To qualify for return, items must be in unused and new condition with all original packaging intact.  Products must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a traceable shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Purolator). We are not liable for lost or untracked return shipments.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Non Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the item has not yet been shipped.  If the order has already been processed and shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
